Black Friday Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you’re reading this you’ve probably already seen our Black Friday sale and giveaway.  I’m sure you may have a few questions for us.  Below are some common questions that get asked about our Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Sunday, and Cyber Monday sales and promotions:

Q: How will I know if I am one of the first 150 orders and/or which free gift I will receive?

A: Once the ladies in the office begin processing orders (during regular business hours today and again on Monday) they will leave a comment in your order with the item that you will get.  Don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t show up on Friday since we may not get all of the orders processed until Monday.  Remember you can only receive one free gift per household.

Q: Who is eligible to win the 155 giveaway items in the manufacturers’ extreme giveaway?

A: Anyone who places an order online Friday 11/23 OR if you do a mail in entry using the guidelines explained in the Rules here:  (INSERT URL)

Q: So I’m confused by the two different giveaways?  Can I win from both or is it one free gift per household?

A:  You can win one free gift per household per day but you will be eligible to win one from each promotion.

Q: When will you announce the winners in the manufacturers’ giveaway?

A: On or about Dec. 9th we will announce the winners on our blog.  You may also receive an email.

Q: Can I change my order?  Can I cancel my order?  I’ve changed my mind or have noticed an error.  Now what?

A:  Our policy for the weekend is that no changes or cancellations can be made through the weekend and Cyber Monday.  This is due to the extreme volume of orders placed.  It just wouldn’t be fair to all customers if you decided you liked the offer we had on a different day better than the one you took advantage of.  With that said, if you submit a CRM with your unique problem or issue we will try to address them before we ship your order.  We appreciate your business and hope you understand.

Q:  Will you be having additional sales over the weekend and for Cyber Monday?

A:  Yes, our sales will continue all weekend and into Cyber Monday.  Each day we may offer a new deal or promotion.  Some may be the same as on Black Friday, some may be lower, some may be better!  Some items are limited in stock so please know that you may miss out if you wait too long.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Please understand that Black Friday weekend is our busiest sales day of the entire year.  We will be working all day Friday to pack and ship as many orders as possible so that they can arrive to you in a timely manner.  We do not process orders over the weekend so any orders not packed on Friday will be processed starting Monday morning.  Please allow a few extra days for processing your order this weekend.  If you would like to expedite your order please select one of our upgraded shipping options.
